I am interested in digital images, but I may not want to purchase the entire session, is that an option?

If I purchase prints only, do you have a digital release option to post those print images on social media?

All print orders over $300 receive a low-res, watermarked, digital file of the printed images for use on social media.

What should I/we wear?

Simple clothing works best! Layers & textures are encouraged, but keep prints and busy patterns to a minimum if possible. Please refer to my “What to wear” page for additional details.  If you desire a wardrobe stylist to help you bring your family together in coordinating your photo session attire, please contact me directly.

How long should we plan for our photo session with you?

Sessions can go from an hour to an hour and a half, depending on your situation; i.e sessions that include small children usually go a little longer than families with older children, as I allow for moments to happen as they explore their environment.

While professional head shot sessions are typically 30 minutes, acting /modeling/fashion sessions are usually 2 hours as they require outfit changes. These sessions can also include a hair & makeup artist on set in the studio, available upon request.

Graduating senior sessions usually last 1.5 hours and include up to 2 outfit changes.  Options to include a makeup/hair stylist and wardrobe stylist is available.

How long will it take to receive my image gallery?

Approximately 2-3 weeks after your session. You will receive a private, password-protected link to view your images, available for you to share with friends and family if you choose. Galleries are available for 7 days of viewing before they expire. Online print ordering can be done directly from your gallery site during that time. Session downloads can be purchased directly from me and are not available for purchase through the site.

Do you archive your sessions?

Every. Single. One.  Sessions are all archived in two different external locations, so your images will never be permanently lost.  All sessions are archived 3 months after you receive your gallery.  For details on archiving fees, please refer to my pricing and product page.  

Where do you take your photos?

I have my favorite spots...but ultimately, the decision is yours!  Are you a little bit country..or a little bit rock n roll?  Industrial, urban or rural?  It really comes down to what appeals to you and what works best for your family, and we will work together to determine the perfect location for your session!
